Returns

Making a return is simple. 

For online purchases, please make sure to send your item(s) back to us within 5-7 business days of receiving your order online.

For in-store purchases, all item(s) must be returned within 5 days of the date listed on your receipt.

All items marked on sale will not be returned. All items must be returned in new and unused condition. Items should be returned the way they were received with all VOLVÉR designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are; damaged, soiled, worn, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Provided designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return. Shoes must be accompanied with the box it came in. Shoes that are returned without its original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted. We do no accept returns for lingerie and swimwear. 

Exchanges

To exchange there is no charge. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style rather than a different size, we suggest you return it for a store credit.
